P.O. Box Restrictions

Bolt provides a setting to disable shipment to P.O. boxes on the Bolt Merchant Dashboard via Checkout Settings.

About the P.O. Box Filter

Bolt’s P.O. Box filter relies on Lob or Avalara, depending upon which solution you are using.

  1. Lob/Avalara tells Bolt the address is a P.O. box.
  2. Bolt blocks the order.
  3. The customer is be shown a notice. The notice states that shipment is not available to P.O. Boxes.
