To easily create and track support tickets, create a Bolt Support Account. Note that this account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account.

To create your account, navigate to the support center and enter your credentials or use SSO.

1. Go to the Bolt Support Page.
2. Click the “+ Ticket” button.
3. Fill out the form or leave a message, detailing your issue. You may also provide any relevant attachments.

You can also review the status of your active support requests from the request portal.

1. Log in to the support request portal.
2. Your tickets will be displayed in a table.
3. Select a ticket to continue a ticket discussion.
