Create Support Account

To create and track support tickets, create a Bolt Support Account. Note that this account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account.

Submit Ticket

  1. Go to the Bolt Support Page.
  2. Click the + Ticket button.
  3. Fill in ticket information:
    • Title: Enter a descriptive title
    • Description: Describe the issue. Include screenshots of any errors and a detailed explanation.
  • Never attach screenshots of your bank or credit card information when submitting a support ticket.
  • Bolt Support Team never asks for your bank account or routing numbers.

View Support Requests

You can review the status of your active support requests:
  1. Log in to the request portal.
  2. Your tickets appear in a table.
  3. Select a ticket to continue the discussion.
