Create Support Account To easily create and track support tickets, create a Bolt Support Account. Note that this account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account. Submit Ticket Go to the Bolt Support Page. Click the + Ticket button. Fill in ticket information: Title - Enter a descriptive title Description - Describe the issue. We encourage you to include screenshots of any errors and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. WARNING Never attach screenshots of your bank or credit card information when submitting a support ticket. Bolt Support Team never asks for your bank account or routing numbers. View Support Requests You can also review the status of your active support requests: Log in to the request portal. Your tickets will be displayed in a table.
