Create Support Account
To easily create and track support tickets, create a Bolt Support Account.
Note that this account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account.
Submit Ticket
- Go to the Bolt Support Page.
- Click the + Ticket button.
- Fill in ticket information:
- Title - Enter a descriptive title
- Description - Describe the issue. We encourage you to include screenshots of any errors and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
WARNING
- Never attach screenshots of your bank or credit card information when submitting a support ticket.
- Bolt Support Team never asks for your bank account or routing numbers.
View Support Requests
You can also review the status of your active support requests:
- Log in to the request portal.
- Your tickets will be displayed in a table.
- Select a ticket to continue a ticket discussion.
