Note that this account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account. To create your account, navigate to the support center and enter your credentials or use SSO. Submit a Ticket Click to expand. Go to the Bolt Support Page. Click the “+ Ticket” button. Fill out the form or leave a message, detailing your issue. You may also provide any relevant attachments. How to View Support Requests Click to expand. You can also review the status of your active support requests from the request portal. Log in to the support request portal. Your tickets will be displayed in a table.
