The New
To help your shoppers better understand who to contact when they have questions, Bolt made a few updates to the following email types:
- On Hold transactions
- Rejected transactions
- Micro Authorizations
As a result, shoppers now have an improved email experience, including:
- Header titles clearly stating your business name + via Bolt
- Your support email address as the Reply To direction
- noreply@bolt.com as the sending address
- Direct links in the email about what Bolt is, to better inform your users
