Improved Shopper Communication Delivery

The New

To help your shoppers better understand who to contact when they have questions, Bolt made a few updates to the following email types:

  • On Hold transactions
  • Rejected transactions
  • Micro Authorizations

As a result, shoppers now have an improved email experience, including:

  • Header titles clearly stating your business name + via Bolt
  • Your support email address as the Reply To direction
  • noreply@bolt.com as the sending address
  • Direct links in the email about what Bolt is, to better inform your users
