Who handles customer service for Checkout Everywhere Orders?

Checkout Everywhere does not provide any support to shoppers or customers except in regards to their Bolt account and the services Bolt provides. In those cases, please reach out to support@bolt.com.

Merchants are fully responsible for the post-purchase experience, customer requests, cancellations, returns and claims.

Why do I need to connect my Payment Processor?

When a shopper places an order through the Bolt hosted checkout module, we will process their payment as if they are checking out on the merchant site. Merchants remain the Merchant of Record for all of these purchases and as such, must have their own payment processing accounts.
