Passkeys allow shoppers to sign into your store using biometric data from a face or fingerprint scan, instead of a password or one-time code.

Set Up

There is no action required to implement Passkeys on your storefront. It will automatically become available upon proper implementation of Bolt Accounts, Bolt Checkout, or SSO.

Shopper Experience

Shoppers can opt into using Passkeys when logging into your storefront. They’re taken to their Bolt Shopper Dashboard account and are taken through the setup process.

After that, they can sign into your store quickly every time they visit on their mobile device.
