How to place phone orders for Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA.

How to Place a Phone Order

  1. Log in to your SFCC Business Manager Console.
  2. Navigate to Merchant Tools> Ordering > Customer Service Center.
  3. Select Create New Order.
  4. Select customer, set shipping address and billing address, add products and shipping method.
  5. Select Submit Order.
  6. Choose Bolt Payment as the payment method and select the arrow.
  7. Save. Bolt Checkout opens.
  8. Fill the all details in Bolt modal and click the Pay button.
