How to place phone orders for Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA.
How to Place a Phone Order
- Log in to your SFCC Business Manager Console.
- Navigate to Merchant Tools> Ordering > Customer Service Center.
- Select Create New Order.
- Select customer, set shipping address and billing address, add products and shipping method.
- Select Submit Order.
- Choose Bolt Payment as the payment method and select the arrow.
- Save. Bolt Checkout opens.
- Fill the all details in Bolt modal and click the Pay button.
