Bolt has launched a new Merchant Dashboard experience, which is currently in Beta. See this page for help documentation that reflects the new dashboard.


NOTE

This article does not apply to merchants who already pay their bill directly via a Bolt representative.

At the end of your first month using Bolt, you will receive an email to allow you to input your payment method. You can visit the Chargebee billing portal at any time to manage your payment information.

Bolt will also send you emails with various reminders or event notifications:

Payment Successful No action needed.
Invoice Generated No action needed.
Invoice Past Due Add or update payment method in Chargebee.
Invoice Past Due (1 Day) Add or update payment method in Chargebee.
Invoice Past Due (4 Days) Add or update payment method in Chargebee.
Invoice Past Due (8 Days) Add or update payment method in Chargebee.
