Reject Orders

For users of Fraud Protection, permanently reject orders that Bolt has rejected due to high fraud risk.

Automatically Reject an Order

When the rejection override window expires, the order automatically moves to Permanently Rejected.

Manually Reject an Order

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard and go to Transactions.
  2. Click a transaction. To be eligible for this action, it must have a status of Recently Rejected.
  3. Click Available Actions > Confirm Rejection.
  4. The transaction moves to a status of Permanently Rejected.
