  • Processor Setup

    Merchants must define which payment processor or gateway they intend to use during the onboarding phase. Existing merchants can also migrate to a different processor by using the steps outlined in this article.


  • Set Up Bolt for Adyen

    Prerequisites Your Adyen account must be able to accept raw PAN information in order to integrate with Bolt. To accept raw PAN information, reach out to your Adyen account representative. How to Integrate with Adyen 1. Link Adyen to Bolt Inform your Customer Success Manager that you would like to use Adyen as your payment processor. Create in API key from your Adyen account. Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.

    1. Add Bolt IPs to Allowlist List

    Use Braintree’s Allowlist documentation to allow the following IPs:

    • 13.57.173.93
    • 18.236.33.230
    • 34.209.104.177
    • 52.36.152.150
    • 12.2.150.168/29
    • 12.249.26.128/30
    • 50.18.19.8


  • Set Up Bolt for CyberSource

    Bolt does not affect your relationship or setup with Cybersource. You your existing CyberSource account, dashboard, and pricing are not affected by this integration. You will continue to use the CyberSource dashboard for payment operations.

    How to Integrate with CyberSource

    1. Contact sales@bolt.com and ask them to set up an account.
    2. Bolt will initiate your account creation and CyberSource integration.
    3. When set up, log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
    4. Navigate to Developer > API > Keys.
    5. Add the following keys:
      • Cybersource Merchant ID
      • Cybersource Shared Secret Key Name
      • Cybersource Shared Secret Key


  • Set Up Bolt for NMI

    How to Integrate with NMI 1. Add Bolt’s IPs to Allow List If you have IP blocklists enabled, you must add the following IP addresses to your allowlist: 13.57.173.93 18.236.33.230 34.209.104.177 52.36.152.150 12.2.150.168/29 12.249.26.128/30 50.18.19.8 2. Configure NMI Webhook The following webhook is required for notifying Bolt about any chargebacks that occur. Contact your Bolt Customer Service Representative and request for unique Webhook URL. Log in to your NMI merchant account.


  • Non-Gateway Relationships

    A modified version of Bolt’s Merchant Dashboard is provided for Merchant relationships where Bolt does not handle payment processing. Read this article to be aware of:

    • Which processing features are excluded
    • The differences in financial items (pricing, invoices)


  • Authorization Response Codes

    Authorization codes for payment processing vary depending on your Bolt Merchant Account setup. Bolt recommends reviewing authorization codes specific to your payment processor or gateway.   • Set Up Bolt for Authorize.net

    How to Integrate with Authorize.net Contact your Customer Success Manager and have the Bolt team set Authorize.net as your Payment Processor before getting started. 1. Obtain your Merchant ID & Transaction Key Follow the official Authorize.net instructions here to obtain your Merchant ID and Transaction Key. These will be added to your Bolt merchant account. 2. Link Authorize.net to Bolt Login to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Payments.

Add Radial Keys to Bolt You must be an admin in your Bolt Merchant Account to complete the following steps. Log in to the Radial Console. Navigate to Profile > API Keys. Obtain the following: Store ID API Key Base URL (This is an optional value only needed if Radial has assigned a unique base URL to your merchant account) Copy the required details.


  • Set Up Bolt for Stripe

    How to Integrate with Stripe Contact your Customer Success Manager and have the Bolt team set Stripe as your Payment Processor before getting started. If you use one stripe account across multiple websites, Bolt must create a Bolt Merchant Dashboard instance for each website. 1. Link Stripe to Bolt Login to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard. Navigate to Developers > API. Scroll to Stripe Keys. Select Link Your Stripe Account.
