Manage Your Wallet
You can manage your saved payment methods and cards from your Shopper Account Dashboard Wallet.

The Wallet tab of the Shopper Dashboard enables you to manage, add, and delete the payment methods saved to your Bolt account.

Cards

Add a Saved Card

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com)
  2. Navigate to Wallet.
  3. Click + New card.
  4. If prompted to verify your identity, enter the one-time verification code.
  5. Fill out the card details and associated billing address.
    • • To set this card as the default, toggle Set as default payment method to On.
  6. Click Save.

Set a Saved Card as Default

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com)
  2. Navigate to Wallet.
  3. Find a previously saved card and click Set as default.
  4. Toggle Set as default payment method to On.
  5. Click Save.
  6. This card is now marked as the default, and will be automatically selected next time you check out.

Delete a Saved Card

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com)
  2. Navigate to Wallet.
  3. Find the card and click Remove.
  4. Click Delete card.
  5. This card is no longer associated with your Bolt account.

Bolt will automatically remove cards you have closed or cancelled. If you’ve renewed a card, Bolt will automatically update your payment information with the card’s new expiration date.

Update an Expired Card

When a card expires, you’ll need to re-enter the card details before you can use it to pay for an order or set it as the default.

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com)
  2. Navigate to Wallet.
  3. Find the card and click to edit.
  4. Re-enter the card details and click Save.

Alternative Payment Methods (APMs)

You can save an alternative payment method (APM) to your account by logging into the APM during checkout.

Delete a Saved APM

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com)
  2. Navigate to Wallet.
  3. Find the APM and click Remove.
  4. This APM is no longer associated with your Bolt account.
