Manage Your Account Settings
Learn how to manage your account settings from the shopper dashboard.

Edit Personal Info

  1. Log in to your Bolt Shopper Account.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. To update personal info click Edit (pencil icon).

  4. Enter your updated information and click Save.

TIP

Email addresses cannot be changed. If you need to update your email address for your account, you must create a new profile using your updated email address.

Set Preferred Login Method

  1. Log in to your Bolt Shopper Account.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Find the Login Method setting and click Edit (pencil icon).

  4. Click your preferred login method. If you choose SMS, you may be prompted to enter or verify your phone number.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Next time you log into your Bolt Shopper Account, you will receive your verification code to your preferred login method.

Delete Your Bolt Account

  1. Log in to your Bolt Shopper Account.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. In the Privacy & Login section, click Delete account.
  4. Select the reason why you are deleting your account or enter other reason.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. If you are certain you would like to permanently delete your account, click Confirm.
  7. You will receive an email confirming that your account was successfully deactivated and that we have begun the process of deleting your personal data in accordance with CCPA/GDPR requirements. This process can take up to 30 days to complete. We recommend that you also contact merchants directly to delete your data from their corresponding databases.
