When a shopper with a Bolt account abandons a cart, Bolt logs the cart and device. After a waiting period (to rule out accidental closes), Bolt sends abandoned cart notifications. Bolt adheres to CAN-SPAM regulations. Typical flow: shopper abandons cart on desktop, email sent after 2 hours, follow-up email after 24 hours. After enabling the feature, view Abandoned Carts Analytics.Message statuses
