Capture an authorized transaction when the order is ready for fulfillment. Capture adds the transaction to the next settlement and payout.

Capture a transaction

  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Go to Transactions.
  3. Search by customer name, order number, Bolt transaction ID, or customer email.
  4. Open a transaction with status Authorized.
  5. Open the Actions menu and select Capture.
  6. Choose Full Capture or Partial Capture. For partial capture, enter the amount to capture.
If you partially capture without multiple capture enabled, you cannot capture the remaining balance on that order.
