Contact Support

  1. Log in to Bolt Finance SuperApp.
  2. On the Home screen, tap the avatar icon in the top-left corner to open your profile.
  3. In your profile, tap Support.
  4. In the Support modal, tap Tickets.
  5. At the bottom of the screen, tap Click Here to Submit a Ticket.
  6. Fill in ticket information:
  • Title - Enter a descriptive title
  • Description - Describe the issue. We encourage you to include screenshots of any errors and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
