Learn how to contact Bolt Support team.
You can submit a support ticket online or via the Shopper Dashboard:
- Log in to the Shopper Dashboard.
- Click the Bolt Support icon (circle with the Bolt logo) at the bottom-right corner of the page.
- In the Support modal, tap Tickets.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Click Here to Submit a Ticket.
- Fill in ticket information:
- Title - Enter a descriptive title
- Description - Describe the issue. We encourage you to include screenshots of any errors and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
WARNING
- Never attach screenshots of your bank or credit card information when submitting a support ticket.
- Bolt Support Team never asks for your bank account or routing numbers.
