Learn how to contact Bolt Support team.

You can submit a support ticket online or via the Shopper Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Shopper Dashboard.
  2. Click the Bolt Support icon (circle with the Bolt logo) at the bottom-right corner of the page.
  3. In the Support modal, tap Tickets.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, tap Click Here to Submit a Ticket.
  5. Fill in ticket information:
  • Title - Enter a descriptive title
  • Description - Describe the issue. We encourage you to include screenshots of any errors and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

WARNING

  • Never attach screenshots of your bank or credit card information when submitting a support ticket.
  • Bolt Support Team never asks for your bank account or routing numbers.
