Learn how to track orders via Bolt SuperApp.
If you placed an order through Bolt’s network, you can track it in the dashboard or via the app.
- Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
- On the Home screen, tap Track.
- Add your shipment information using one of the following methods:
- Add with email: Forward your retailer’s confirmation email to the email address specified in your app.
- Add with tracking ID: Enter your shipment’s tracking number or scan the tracking QR code, then tap Search.
