Learn how to block or report a user in Bolt SuperApp.
If you notice suspicious, inappropriate, or fraudulent behavior from another Bolt Mobile App user, you can block or report them.
To block or report a user
- Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
- On the Home screen, tap Send/Receive.
- In the search bar type the username, phone, or email of the user whom you want to block or report.
- Tap the user’s profile.
- Tap the More options icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Report
- Block
Report user
- Tap Report.
- Select the reason for reporting the user:
- This user is involved in fraudulent activities
- Sending unwanted or repetitive payments
- Engaging in offensive or inappropriate behaviour
- Unusual or concerning behaviour
- Something else not listed above.
- Briefly describe the situation.
- Tap Send.
Block user
- Tap Block.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
