Report or Block User
Learn how to block or report a user in Bolt Finance SuperApp.

If you notice suspicious, inappropriate, or fraudulent behavior from another Bolt Mobile App user, you can block or report them.

To block or report a user

  1. Log in to Bolt Finance SuperApp.
  2. On the Home screen, tap Send/Receive.
  3. In the search bar type the username, phone, or email of the user whom you want to block or report.
  4. Tap the user’s profile.
  5. Tap the More options icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner.
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • Report
    • Block

Report user

  1. Tap Report.
  2. Select the reason for reporting the user:
    • This user is involved in fraudulent activities
    • Sending unwanted or repetitive payments
    • Engaging in offensive or inappropriate behaviour
    • Unusual or concerning behaviour
    • Something else not listed above.
  3. Briefly describe the situation.
  4. Tap Send.

Block user

  1. Tap Block.
  2. Confirm the action when prompted.
