Mobile / P2P Transfers / Check Transaction Status
Learn how to check P2P transfer status in Bolt SuperApp.
There are two ways of how you can check the transaction status:
- Via All Transactions page
- Via Contact page
Via All Transactions page
- Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
- On the Home screen, tap Bank/Cards.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen > tap View all transactions.
- Tap the transaction record to view transaction details
- Check the transaction status.
Via Contact page
- Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
- On the Home screen, tap Send/Receive.
- In the search bar type the username, phone, or email of the user to whom you sent a transfer or from whom you received the transfer.
- Tap the transaction to view the details.
- Check the transaction status.
