Learn how to block your Bolt card permanently.
- Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
- On the Home screen, tap Bank/Cards
- Tap Permanent block.
- On the Report problem screen, tap the option that explains why you want to block your Bolt card permanently:
- Card reported lost
- Account or card was compromised
- Card stolen
- Other
- In the Permanently block your card pop-up, tap Block permanently.

If you permanently block your card and want to issue a new one, contact Bolt Support team.
