After completing identity verification, you can proceed with requesting your Bolt debit card. Important: A virtual card is issued instantly after you complete the initial deposit. The minimum deposit is $5 to activate the card.

1. Accept Disclosures

1. Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
2. On the Home screen, tap Bank/Cards.
3. Review and accept the required disclosures.
4. Tap Required to view each disclosure:
   • Electronic Communication Consent Agreement
   • Consumer Checking Account Agreement
   • Privacy Notice
   • Bolt Account Reward Program Terms
5. After reviewing each disclosure, tap Accept, then tap Continue.

2. Make Deposit

6. Choose or enter a deposit amount.
7. Tap Continue.
8. Tap:
   • Edit amount — to modify the deposit amount.
   • Review — to proceed.
9. Tap Confirm and Back home to complete the process.

Note: There are no annual or other fees associated with the Bolt Card.
