Learn how to track the availability of the Bolt Service from Commerce Cloud.

Shoppers cannot checkout using Bolt if the Bolt service is unavailable. Service availability can be tracked in SFCC using the Service Status in the Commerce Cloud Business Manager.

  1. Log in to Business Manager.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Operations > Service Status > Bolt.http/ bugsnag.http
