View Subscribers


Bolt Subscriptions is currently available to participating Beta merchants.


Merchants who use Bolt Subscriptions can view and manage subscription orders from the Subscriptions Dashboard.

Subscribers List View

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Commerce > Subscriptions > Subscribers.

Subscriber Details

Click a subscriber to view details such as contact information, subscription memberships, and order history.

Subscription Details

Click a subscription to view details such as quantity, frequency, renewal, shipping, and billing.

Manage Subscriptions

Update Shipping Address

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Commerce > Subscriptions > Subscribers.
  3. Click the subscriber.
  4. Click the subscription.
  5. Select a saved address, or add a new address.

Update Payment Method

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Commerce > Subscriptions > Subscribers.
  3. Click the subscriber.
  4. Click the subscription.
  5. Select a saved payment method, or add a new payment method.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Commerce > Subscriptions > Subscribers.
  3. Click the subscriber.
  4. Click the subscription.
  5. Click Cancel subscription.

TIP

This action cancels an individual shopper’s subscription. To cancel a subscription offer and convert all subscriptions to it into one-time purchases, refer to Offer Management.
