The Bolt Support team is available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM ET. You can contact a Bolt support representative by chat, email, or ticket submission.
We are not affiliated with the Bolt.eu (formerly Taxify) rideshare app.
You can chat with a Bolt Support Engineer live, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM - 9 PM ET.
- Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
- Select the Support widget.
- Choose Chat With Us.
You can contact Bolt’s Support Team at email@example.com.
You can review your existing active tickets from the Zendesk ticket portal. This portal requires using a separate Zendesk username and password. If you do not have an account, select Sign in > Sign up.
How to View Tickets
- Log in to the ticket portal.
- Select your Username > My Activities.
- Select a row or search for your ticket.
Submit a Ticket
- Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
- Select the floating Support/Chat widget.
- Fill out the form or leave a message, detailing your issue. You may also provide any relevant attachments.
Leaving a message during live chat hours creates a ticket on your behalf.
