Connect Listrak with Bolt

Listrak is a marketing automation platform that, once enabled, allows merchants to create cross-channel communications based on shopper behaviors in checkout. Once integrated, merchants can set up behavioral triggers in Listrak using Bolt checkout data.

You can integrate Listrak with via your commerce platform (recommended for abandoned cart workflows) or via direct integration.

Choose Integration Option

Option Details
Commerce Platform Set Up Syncs all shopper and order data with your Listrak account.
Direct Set Up Exports raw shopper and order data, but does not include abandoned cart data.

Commerce Platform Set Up

Before You Start

Before you start integrating Listrak,

  1. You must have a pre-existing Listrak account.
  2. You must also already be using one of Bolt’s checkout solutions.
  3. Your store must sit on any commerce platforms where you can edit your store’s javascript. This includes, but is not limited to, the following Bolt-supported commerce platforms:
    • • Adobe/Magento 2 and Magento 1
    • • BigCommerce
    • • Miva
    • • NetSuite ERP
    • • SFRA
    • • SiteGenesis
    • • Volusion
    • • WooCommerce

Set Up

  1. Reach out to your Bolt representative or our Support team. This integration must be unlocked for you before you can begin.
  2. In your commerce platform dashboard, find the area where you can configure and insert javascript into your front end for your Bolt Checkout and add the following code:
_ltk.SCA.Update("email", data["email"]["address"]);

For example, in your Magento Admin Dashboard, go to System > Configurations > Payment Methods > BoltPay (Configure Advanced Settings) > Javascript: onEmailEnter and add the listed code.

It should be a similar process for all supported commerce platforms. However, in the event that this approach does not work for your store configurations, you can always set up callbacks to configure checkout analytics (though this article is written specific to Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, you can still map your checkout steps to Bolt’s callbacks using similar methodology).


Direct Set Up

Before You Start

Before you start integrating Listrak,

  1. You must have a pre-existing Listrak account.
  2. You must also already be using one of Bolt’s checkout solutions.

Set Up

If your store does not sit on a Commerce Platform and you want to create a direct integration with Bolt, reach out to your Bolt representative or our Support team.

From there, you’ll give a Bolt Representative access to your Listrak Dashboard. They’ll set up the rest of the connection from there!

Limitations

This option will only sync customer and order data. It will not sync abandoned cart data. Please use the commerce platform set up option if you wish to see abandoned cart data.
