How can I pay with PayPal?

With PayPal, you can use one of the following payment methods:

  1. Your bank account.
  2. Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.
  3. Your balance if you have a PayPal Balance account. You will need to link your card or link your bank to your Paypal account if you would like to use the first two payment methods.

Do I need a balance in my PayPal account to use it?

No, you don’t have to pre-fund your account. Choose any credit card which is linked your account to make the purchase.

Can I cancel the payment?

When the order is placed successfully, it is impossible to cancel the payment from your PayPal account. In this case, please contact our Support team, and we’ll check if the order can be cancelled or returned later.

My PayPal account is locked!

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact PayPal as there might be some issue with your account verification. Please the following information available before you contact PayPal support:

  1. Your telephone number.
  2. A statement for the credit card or bank account linked to your PayPal account.
  3. The email address you used to register your PayPal account.

It shows in my PayPal account that the order is pending.

Pending status means your order has been received, but your payment has not yet been processed. It might take a few days for our merchant to process the order and then complete the payment. Tipser also keep you updated about your order status via emails.
